Wemind is looking for the right person to coordinate the process of creating an influential business book and multimedia project on how organizations can transform themselves from rigid industrial hierarchies into innovative, flexible, knowledge-based networks.
Your job is to lead a multimedia development project (book, online, TV, speaking, education and more) focusing on how organizations can transform themselves from rigid industrial hierarchies into innovative, flexible, knowledge-based networks. Authors Jacob Bøtter and Lars Kolind, partner and chairman of Wemind A/S, are preparing a book on this subject to be published worldwide.
We believe we can help more organizations by broadening the effort to multiple media platforms and by involving large numbers of collaborators in the project. The ultimate goal is to help organizations change their mental model (mindset) for doing business from conventional industrial thinking into something that fits today's and tomorrow's world. You are the person to make it happen!
Legally you will be employed by Wemind A/S, a Copenhagen-based consultancy. Once you are on board, we will invite you to become a co-owner of Wemind.
You need to be an intelligent, well-organized, high-energy, open-minded person. You must understand how important it is to get rid of the rigid, narrow-minded, hierarchical, power-based mindset for business and to substitute it with something that creates value for everyone - not only for the shareholders.
You are a project leader. You work hard and you inspire others to work hard. You are a winner, but you also allow your team mates to win. You are an excellent communicator, organizer and networker and you have proven that you can make things happen. Your education, age, sex and origin doesn't matter.
Wemind is a Copenhagen based consultancy which has helped more than 100 companies rethink trust, collaboration and network internally and externally since 2005. Social capital is our philosophy, which we use to create value trough new digital tools and social media such as Facebook and Twitter. We analyze, advise, conceptualize, develop and educate to enhance organizations' social capital. Furthermore, we see ourselves as a community of purpose rather than a traditional business. We are owned by our staff and we strive to be 100% self-financed. Our overall guideline is sustainability; financially, socially and environmentally.
