To us transformation is about taking ambitious leaps that turn your business around. We are into stimulating collaboration so much that it generates higher profits. Sometimes we use social media, sometimes we don’t. At times we even call it UNBOSSing. If you want us to do it right usually there are three steps involved:
We make you purpose-driven. Step one determines your organization’s purpose. This can be a tough process, but can you imagine anything more motivating than working for a higher purpose? Put purpose first and profit will follow (so will higher returns, productivity and performance).
We take your relationships to a new level. We call this leveraging your “unlimited organization”. Most organizations are self-contained — limited — and treat customers, authorities, or even partners, as “them” instead of “us”. We help you involve those on the outside that wish to advance your purpose.
We replace rigid structures with strong and self-motivating internal mechanisms. Step three identifies your organizational structures. Then we replace them with mechanisms that really stimulate collaboration and reinforce performance, productivity and effectiveness. This may entail a new organizational design, a new performance scheme or the roll-out of social IT.
